Natalie Scotto, Customer RelationsAfter graduating from U.C. Santa Barbara in 2006 with a degree in Education and Sociology, Natalie encountered a slight detour on the road to becoming a high school teacher – her brother’s business, which has now brought five generations of Scotto’s into the world of wine.  Today she’s involved in everything from bookkeeping to deliveries to wine tastings and working with website designers.  “I love the business, especially learning about our customers and how they make wine buying decisions.  My personal favorites are lighter white wines and dry roses, but I really enjoy our new Giani Cabernet Sauvignon; it’s a red wine that’s easy to drink and I’m sharing it with all my friends.”
