Shiraz 2005

Also known as Syrah, this is a deeply colored, medium bodied red wine. The aromas are a combination of strawberries and raspberries, with black currant and red fruit flavors. The finish is smooth, full and satisfying.  Barrel aged for at least three months.  Serve with red meats, highly seasoned pork, game and spicy Thai or Indian dishes.
